Wine anyone?

Opportunity: Niche alcohol bar
The way I got this idea is plain and simple: I like wine and I wanted to go to a wine bar. I found out there’s only one such a place in Bucharest called eXperience. It’s a nice place that promises to have a WiFi hotspot in the future. It doesn’t have a website so you can’t get more information until you go there. I also liked the fact that people there knew what they were doing; the owner even has a blog about wines.
Still the question remains: why is there only one wine bar in Bucharest and tens of wine cellars? Moreover, it’s a known fact Romania has lots of famous famous vineyards and Romanians love wine since like… forever; in ancient times the king Burebista even had to burn down the vineyards so people wouldn’t drink so much.

Thanks for the tip about the wine bar, I didn’t know such a bar existed, i think beer is far overrated. Any thoughts about the prices there?
