It started with research in January 2007, when Sara launched an idea: Opportunity: Property and Facility Management Services… After investigating more you get to one conclusion: the Romanian Companies that have the resources for getting the job done don’t even think about it.Some of them like MT&T and NAI deal with the office management, the big properties and the luxurious residential areas, offering only a small range of services. The Property Management Company seemed opened to any sorts of opportunities regarding this business, with a very well organized business plan set on specific deadlines to expand the business and a wide variety of services offered.

The one that most addresses the market needs is the BSS Company, which provides technical support, cleaning services, security solutions, consultancy in construction and a mobile team ready to come to one’s house and solve different problems that might appear in a household.
What represents a good business opportunity for these companies…for others it is not even in their plan. Facility management companies in Romania are not ready for the European standards or way of living and therefore they will have to adapt or go bankrupt while others see the opportunities of this market and exploit them.
