Opportunity: Investments on the leisure market - Miniature golf
Given the splendid weather in Bucharest in the past week, I thought of one of my hobbies: miniature golf. I like mini golf, but in Bucharest I can only think of 2 miniature golf courses - one in Herastrau Park and one in Tineretului Park. And, as they are outdoor courses, they are open only during beautiful summer days. Plus, they might need renovations. Why not think of indoor courses, instead?
It is an opportunity for investors to consider, as the leisure activities market in Romania is growing. A more professional design and the quality of the course (whether indoor or outdoor) and a theme (pirates, jungle, ancient Egypt, etc) would definitely make a difference on the market and attract more visitors. Kids and parents, youngsters and mini golf fans can have a great time on the greens and fairways of a course offering the largest variety of obstacles.
Minigolf fans, unite! What do you say?

Indoor offers the benefit of extending the season during the winter. However, during the summer you don’t want to be cooped up in a building (except on very hot days, when you need the air conditioning). Can there be a convertible solution?

I think this is a great idea! I would definitely go in such a place. I am looking forward for more leisure option on the Romanian market ..especially indoor …and especially something that is not related with the “popular” Malls..
