Innovative Workplaces

In reference to Clarisa’s post about a week ago about Workplace Assesments and Ergonomic Design services… I thought I would pass along a video of our conference organized by SOPOLEC, the firm of the businessideas.ro team:

It is about making a business case for creating an “Innovative Workplace” that includes good interior design and proper space planning, comfortable or “ergonomic” office furniture, employee fitness programs, and other practices employed by some of the leading companies in the world. The topic addresses the changes due to globalization and shorter product design cycles that require more collaboration and flexibility for the workforce.

Most of the attendees were very pleased with the conference and the event as a whole. Although we tried to limit the amount of “selling” in the speaker presentations, a couple of participants complained that they thought they “paid for an advertisement”. While a few of the presenters did mention their companies and products, we believe that a considerable amount of valuable information was presented by all of the speakers.
