Opportunity: Specialised on-line retail - part II

I was reading Sara’s post about an on-line store with specialties for expats and I realised that we already have a store for expats, but not one for Romanians. You can buy Romanian specialties like zacusca, piftie, special gems, pork specialties etc. from the supermarkets as well but they are not good quality. So, the main challenge would be to find a very good producer and why not, to create a good renowned brand. They could also offer catering services for the clients that want to order ready made food. I am pretty sure that they would be overwhelmed with order especially around Romanian traditional Hollidays.

The clients would be mainly young and middle aged people from major cities that are used to eating the specialties but not to cook them (either because they do not have time or they do not cook usually).
