Change The World For One Day

Blog Action Day is an international initiative of bloggers, launched by Collis Ta’eed, an Australian blogger, whose aim is to make millions of bloggers around the world speak about one issue for just one day in a year! In 2007, the star will be The Environment.
Every signing blogger will post about the environment in their own way and relating to their own topic. There are also two other ways to action: donate your day’s earnings to an environmental charity or promote the Blog Action Day with a banner on your website.
The point of this action doesn’t seem to be creating one more blog post topic for all of us, but increasing the awareness in bloggers and their readers. We have an environment and Blog Action Day is an opportunity for all the bloggers to say what can we do for it.

I am currently running a month-long blogging campaign on environment-related matters, which had begun on Sept 15th, and will conclude on Oct 15th in conjunction with Blog Action Day. And I’d like to invite you to participate in the campaign.
