Not too long ago, I blogged about my very happy experience when I asked to add some down to my Nahanny sleeping bag and nominated them for the “best customer service in Romania” prize. I did not send them the link to the blog post, because I wanted to see if they actually deliver, without prompting them to do so.

After they received my sleeping bag, I asked them if I might get it back in time for a trip I was hoping to take at the beginning of December. They were unsure, because at this time of the year there is a high demand for down sleeping bags. And yet, today I already received the bag, very fluffy with lots more down - with more than a week to spare before my planned trip. I was so happy, I had to give it a trial run during a long Skype conference call

So I say: they’ve definitely earned their “best customer service” prize. Does anyone want to propose any contenders?
