“Batraneti linistite” and “Orhideea”

In November, I was writing about the potential for creating private nursing homes.
Well, today I saw a large banner in Piata Romana (you can see it on the building at the corner between Str. Eminescu and Dacia Blvd.) advertising a private nursing home - “Batraneti Linistite”, which could mean “Quiet old age”. The nursing home is located about 30 km away from Bucharest, in Snagov. Snagov is a very fashionable area right now, and will most likely be heavily developed within the next few years. There is a large lake in the area, as well as some of the remaining forest from what was once a huge forested area covering the entire South of Romania (the forest will most likely dissapear unless local authorities create strict plans to protect it).
I have also found another private nursing home, this one based near Timisoara, in the West of the country. “Caminul de Batrani Orhideea” thus has the advantage of being a very good option for the Hungarian population - elderly people who often spend part of their year in Romania and part of it with family and friends in Hungary.
Within the next week I intend to contact representatives of both businesses and invite them to answer some questions for BusinessIDEAS.ro. So… what questions would you like to see answered about the private nursing home business?

I want to know how long ago they started their business and what % of their capacity is occupied right now.

[...] As promised earlier, I called the people who run two private nursing homes to ask them the questions you (and I) wanted to know: Batraneti Linistite and Orhideea. At Batraneti Linistite, the lady who answered the phone told me that she would have someone contact me to talk about my questions; that was 4 days ago, and I still haven’t received a call. [...]

Very interesting.
I contact myself Batraneti linistite and the think is that they are having a capacity of 30 places, prices between 50-100ron/day so it means around 1000 euro per month. The wird think is that they are spending a lot of money with the advartising just for 30 places.
Very interesting the news it helped me a lot with my work. Thanks
