Opportunity: All inclusive services for companies that are testing the market

Peter was highlighting in his recent blog the lack of centralized services for foreigners that came for only a short period of time to live in Bucharest. I was thinking of similar types of services but for companies and business people that want to establish a unit here…and are not decided yet, or do not want to invest a lot in the first phase..or know from the beginning that are here for only a short period of time.

The service company should offer:

1. Office space in a class A office building from Bucharest

2. Office equipment and supplies, local phone number

3. Conference rooms, meeting rooms, videoconferencing equipment (available at request)

4.Supporting services - secretary for rent, event organizing (conferences, cocktails etc), cleaning services, mail services

5.Legal advice for establishing a company in Romania

Who would need these type of services?

1.The people and companies who are considering to open a branch in Romania, but are prospecting the market and do not want to establish “for good” yet

2. “Project based companies” that are temporary working on the market

I am pretty sure that both lists are not complete. Looking forward for your thoughts and suggestions….
