Opportunity: implementing a portal with Romanian specialists
All the publications (and there are many) that are analyzing the impact of EU Integ
ration on Romania’s social, political and business environment are projecting…in the near future Romania will suffer a severe lack of experts in different areas such as IT, financing, marketing, health etc. There will also be a significant demand for experts in Project Management.
More and more Romanian organizations have started working on projects and in many cases they need persons with specific skills but only for a limited period of time.
One business opportunity would be to create a portal (like the ones for jobs) with specialists in different areas of activity, where companies can pick. This could be to extended to the experts from other EU countries as well. The company that administers the portal would profit by making the contact between the specialists and the interested companies – they could make available for the general public the profiles and experiences of the specialists but require a fee to retreive the contact details.

I think it is the portal not the pool that is important. But the other looks nice for swimming
